LP® ARCHFORM™ CONCRETE EDGE FORM LIMITED WARRANTY                                Effective as of 10-01-2020, Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (“LP”) warrants to purchasers of its ArchForm™ strand concrete edge form product (the “Product”), for a period of 90 days from the purchase date, that the Product is free from manufacturing defects that materially affect the Product’s ability to perform its intended function. The Product
is only warranted for its designed use and when handled, stored, and used in accordance with these instructions. The sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty is that LP will, at its discretion, either replace the affected Product or refund the purchase price of the affected Product. To make a warranty claim, you must notify LP within the
90-day warranty period by contacting LP Customer Service at 1-888-820-0325 and provide proof of purchase of the Product. In no event shall LP be liable for incidental, special, multiple, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damage to property, lost work, re-work, lost profits, labor costs, or any other costs. This
Limited Warranty is the only warranty applicable to the Product and LP disclaims all other warranties (except that of title), express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any warranties arising from course of dealing or advertising.
